Refunds Policy

At PrimeSpace Office Rentals, we strive to offer flexible and customer-friendly services. Please review our Refunds Policy for office rental services: No Refunds on Rent Paid Rent payments are non-refundable once paid. We recommend that all clients carefully review their office space and lease terms before making a commitment. Cancellations and Lease Terminations If you wish to cancel your lease before the agreed-upon term, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be outlined in your lease agreement. We require a minimum of 30 days' notice before cancellation. Deposits Security deposits are required at the start of the lease. These deposits are refundable at the end of the lease term, provided there are no damages or outstanding payments. Early Termination Should you need to terminate your lease early, the terms of the early termination will be outlined in your agreement. In most cases, you may be responsible for a portion of the remaining lease payments. Refunds for Damaged Equipment If you experience an issue with any of the equipment or services provided, please notify us within 7 days. We will either repair or replace any damaged items, or issue a partial refund for the affected services. Payment for Services All additional services such as meeting room bookings, cleaning, or custom office configurations are charged separately. These services are non-refundable once provided, but we will make adjustments where possible if issues arise.
